Job Description:

The Sr Product Manager Sharepoint is the primary business partner interface and business manager for the Program Execution Value Stream. This role is responsible for the portfolio of IT Solutions supporting the Raytheon Earned Value, Financial and Scheduling systems. The majority of the solutions are delivered on Raytheon's Common SharePoint Platform. A successful candidate would have good business sense and strong working knowledge of Microsoft's SharePoint capabilities, functionality and architectural underpinnings. The value stream lead will partner with functional managers to staff and execute initiatives within the portfolio while managing cost, schedule, scope, adoption and change management for all solutions in the portfolio. This role is important to ensuring customer intimacy, compliance to contract and future bookings within this portfolio.

Basic Qualifications
*Minimum 4 years experience developing on the Microsoft SharePoint platform

* *Minimum 8 years experience leveraging business applications to meet business needs with solid project management experience and ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment.
* Minimum 8 years of experience motivating and driving predictability in the execution of cost effective, customer-oriented solutions, to achieve schedule milestones and program goals/objectives
* Minimum 8 years experience driving leadership values and behaviors associated with change management and organizational accountability
* Minimum 8 years of experience in business process modeling, strategic planning and technology roadmap development.
* Ability to lead effectively in a matrixed environment
* Thorough understanding and implementation of integrated product development, transition to production activities, and production operations
* Background in strategic planning and acquisition of contracts
* Business Process Modeling exposure including strategic planning and technology roadmap development.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
* Ability to communicate needs and schedules, ensuring plans are in place and adherence to standards.
*Strong teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to motivate teams to apply skills and techniques in solving dynamic problems.

* Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification

* Microsoft Certified Database Administrator certification

* Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification

* Excellent oral and written communications with the ability to present and explain technical information.

* Microsoft Project and Project Server Experience

* Deltek wInsight and MPM Experience

* Raytheon Program Finance Experience
