Then this high-visibility project may be ideal for you. Our Client is currently working with a large global player to offer a new card type to a global merchant base and new merchants. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an enterprise organization, on a mission-critical project where your superior project management experience will get you recognized! BR BR Responsibilities BR Responsible for co-designing deliverables across functional areas and implementing them into an organized project plan, including deliverables per functional area as well as schedules and budgets per functional area. BR Work with high level executives across Operations, Technical, Marketing, QA, Business analysts as well as interface with senior members and business partners so partner/customer relationship management experience. BR Must have the communication and leadership ability to interface with Directors and Sr Directors of every functional area within the company. BR BR Work in an enterprise environment and be comfortable with change and have the ability to fill in the gaps as needed. BR Besides driving business functional areas, you must be able to work with internal technical staff. Experience working in a Mainframe and deployed applications environment is a plus. BR Not directly manage any teams but expected to be comfortable with a shared services environment that is highly matrixed. BR Be able to perform responsibilities w ith little or no supervision. BR Have full accountability, including people leadership, directing work efforts and finding timely solutions to business and technical problems and people management issues. BR BR Qualifications BR A Bachelors degree or equivalent education/experience, 5+ years experience in managing large scale, high visibility projects BR Experience managing several significant projects simultaneously. BR Organizational and superior time management skills, customer service orientation and interpersonal skills BR Strong verbal and written communications skills required to manage communications to all clients BR Ability to identify issues, risks and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis BR Advanced user proficiency with computer software, such as MS Office, MS Project and/or Visio BR Advanced understanding of IT principals, including lifecycle planning, estimating and architecture BR High level of general management skills including, but not limited to, leading, negotiating, communicating and team building BR BR Benefits BR As an Agile consultant, you’ll gain many of the advantages and benefits of being a direct hire, while experiencing the flexibility of consulting.
