Position Summary and Essential Duties
Assumes project management roles and leads cross-functional programs and projects. Under minimal supervision, implements tactics that support key initiatives and strategies at the Vice President-organizational level.
Job Specific Information
* Will assist in directing small process improvement efforts, under the close supervision of an experienced quality practitioner.
* Performs assignments related to process improvement activities such as data gathering.
* May administer recurring activities such as training and communications.
Relocation assistance is available for this position.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or quantitative discipline. Five (5) years experience in program/project management, business operations, economics or quality function. Experience running large scale/complex projects and applying program and project management techniques is required. Experience with quality methodologies/concepts is required. Strong human relations, communications and influencing skills.
