This role requires a unique blend of Architecture and Operations, Pre-sales and Post-sales consulting experience. This person must come with the background of Enterprise Architecture and ITIL disciplines, as well as possess the experience to communicate the message to the client and deliver the solution. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Remedy expert who will serve as the key technical and functional resource for our Remedy 7.5 upgrade project. The candidate will work under the supervision of a Sr. Manager to help upgrade all of our Remedy Services, including custom applications and modules using the following Remedy tools: Sim, Service Impact Manager,Event Manager, Atrium, BPPM Proactive Performance Management, Identity Management, and Service Request Management, to the latest Remedy version of 7.5

* Minimum 5 years of development or consulting experience with Remedy BSM applications and experience with configuration and development of Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management modules.
Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred * Eight or more years of experience in the IT field Other Qualifications:Good communication skills to communicate with clients, support personnel, and management Good analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to travel and be on Client Site M-Th/Fri
Prior Consulting or Contracting Experience

This position offers a lucrative base salary and bonus structure that will allow someone to earn into the $140,000+ range
