If you enjoy strategic planning and developing initiatives to keep up with customer demand, especially in peak season, Ajilon Supply Chain and Logistics Atlanta wants to talk to you about opportunities in demand planning and inventory replenishment!  We are looking for proven top talent for our clients in the retail space--replenishment analysts with 2-5 years of experience.     br   br   br You may be a good fit if: br  • You easily build partnerships with customers both tactically and strategically--from delivering excellent customer service to negotiating and maintaining all transitions and contracts   br • Utilize forecasting tools, specifically SPS Commerce, to develop monthly sales, inventory, and replenishment forecasts. br • Drive conversations with the Sales team, Supply Chain team, and key customers to understand how promotions and current trends will affect sales and inventories. br • Assist in developing monthly forecast projections at the customer level. br • Review POS and order forecast consumption to identify problems with forecast and take appropriate action to correct forecast. br • Identify key seasonality trends at the family class and SKU level as well as geographic trend performance to drive business intelligence to improve overall performance. br • Determine key drivers of forecast error and identify opportunities to improve forecast methodology. br • Communicate the logic behind forecasts and forecast changes to internal Supply Chain partners. br • Assist in reviewing and analyzing customer submitted forecasts, providing guidance and recommendations as required. br •  You always have your finger on the pulse of inventory; from monitoring systems to inventory levels (in-stock and replenishment) and multiple ordering processes   br   br You must have the following: br •Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited university in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or related business field br •Minimum 2-5 years of experience   br •Authorization to work in US    br   br  If you are interested in hearing more about the SCL jobs we are working on, please email your Word resume to or connect with me on LinkedIn.
