Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager Location: The Venue Las Vegas, 750 Fremont St., Las Vegas, Nevada Compensation: Competitive (based on experience) Featuring 38,430 square feet in its entirety, with the capacity to hold up to 2,000 guests, The Venue Las Vegas showcases 16,613 square feet of customizable space with nine stunning spaces, including a main floor ballroom with a built-in stage, a first level lounge and bar that will be open to the public, a second level with four flexible event spaces and outdoor patio, and a rooftop lounge and bar that overlooks the Fremont East Entertainment District. Job Description Summary: The Sr. Sales Manager is the driving force of The Venues proactive and reactive sales efforts. This individual should be highly self-motivated and have a passion for all aspects of the sales process, to include identifying, targeting, and securing (closing) sales opportunities for The Venue. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with accounts, clients, and strategic partners Develop accounts to generate repeat/future business Respond to inquiries within expected timeline Evaluate potential opportunities and present offers consistent with The Venues sales and pricing strategy Experience in a proactive sales environment, and ability to fulfill proactive solicitation target quotas Manage a lead database: show ability to qualify, develop, and convert potential opportunities into contracted events Maintain customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sales process Ability to learn/use TripleSeat (or similar CRM system) to manage and track all day-to-day sales activity Build, manage, and maintain a sales funnel with focus on progressing status of opportunities and emphasis on closure percentage Orchestrate memorable Site Visit experiences for potential clients/events
