Ideal candidate will have experience in the marine/ maritime or cut resistant glove market and/or selling fibers/ composites for related textile products. Can work remotely in US.
Outstanding opportunity as Sr Sales Manager for global leader of high performance, engineered fibers. Become the face of the company to the customer to establish sales in line with the segment strategy, deliver targeted performance, and further develop the Sales/ Marketing plans. Client offers excellent compensation (salary, bonus, benefits) with relocation as an option OR work remotely in US home base.
--- Responsible for key account management & plans and customer contacts in the product applications. Provides market intelligence and market info. Manage end user relations. Coordinates sales, tech service and marketing activities for assigned customers. Develop new business in market segments.

--- Responsible for sales planning & reporting for the respective accounts
--- Develop customers & business in line with the account management, country & segment plans
--- Optimize between product & application and customers + level of support
--- Active support in development, positioning and 'Go to market' new products
--- BS Engineering or Science degree with 5+ years experience in sales/ account management of polymers, fibers/ yarn, and/ or other engineered materials. Wide range of applications include cut resistant gloves, ropes, industrial slings, life protection, performance textiles, composites and laminates.
--- Experienced with negotiation techniques in B2B & industrial product market combinations including planning & forecasting, sales and segmentation.
--- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (green card) status required
