A bachelor's in Computer Science or the equivalent, which is required; an advanced degree is desirable.
7-plus years of research and/or development experience.
Experience as a project lead.
Significant experience with and technical expertise in NetBSD software development, particularly with developing network adapter drivers.
Experience with virtualization hypervisors such as VMWare or XEN.
Experience with Amazon EC2 cloud solution.
Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
