GENERAL SUMMARY
The Senior Systems Programmer is responsible for coordinating planning, acquisition, scheduling, and installation of new hardware/software; projecting requirements for configuration changes; monitoring and maintaining acceptable system performance, appropriate security measures, and appropriate system integrity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor s degree required.

2. 5 to 7 years programming experience; three to five years of systems experience;

3. Project management, excellent oral and written communication skills, extensive knowledge of information systems principles and techniques, and good analytical ability.

4. Working knowledge of the following frameworks/languages: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SQL, .Net

5. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

6. Financial background, not-for-profit finances preferred

7. Proficient in object oriented design and architecture
