AT-Tech is searching for an experienced IT Recruiter for a contract to perm position in our Richmond, VA Branch. This position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates to fill a variety of positions in the IT industry. The Sr. IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the process from sourcing to placement. The IT Recruiter must possess the skills necessary to effectively research candidates, develop broad networks to source candidates from and build lasting relationships with candidates who are best-suited for the positions we are helping our clients fill. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications: - A minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within IT and Telecommunications. - Proven success in placing consultants (permanent, contract, temp to hire) - Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques - Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools - Great attitude and team player!
