Calling all Training Managers! Come join our team of professionals working with the USCG in Washington, DC!

Shearwater Systems, LLC is a Programmatic and Administrative Services company providing support to government and commercial entities in the areas of Document Management, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, Engineering Services, Facilities Support Services, and Telecommunications. Position Overview:
This position assists with the management, scheduling, and administration of overseas training missions.

Responsibilities:
Assist with identifying training requirements and schedules, and developing strategies for overseas training team missions within certain programs/funding types (such as Foreign Military Financing).
Assist with planning, deploying, and executing the missions, often on short notice.
Ensure overseas training missions are in compliance with government and country requirements and complement other training types.
Liaise with other regional training managers, government agencies (Department of State/Defense), and international entities (Embassies) to ensure training and regional objectives are met.
Participate in reviews, conferences, and briefings on subject matter

Requirements:
U.S. Citizen
Active Secret Clearance
Must be able to pass a background investigation
B.S. Degree in International Relations, Business or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years experience in government, international affairs, security cooperation, training programs or military is a plus
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster and maintain effective relationships with a variety of entities to aid in mobile training team management.
Ability to brief upper leadership or other Departments on subject and status.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests simultaneously, adjust priorities quickly, and work on multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Valid Passport
Occasional travel CONUS/OCONUS
