Job Summary
The Sr. Treasury Analyst is a key member of the Treasury Capital Markets Team. This individual will drive leasing analysis and transactions across the company, and perform a variety of financial modeling support for the team, covering diverse areas such as cash flow forecasting, capital structure analysis, working capital analysis, provide support for monthly close processes, operational and reporting activities, and other ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements
-Leasing (manage the leasing program where NetApp is a lessee. Includes partnering with various capital consumers throughout the company, perform economic analysis, review documents and execute on transactions)
-Manage the worldwide standby letters of credit and guarantee needs
-Assist in performing cash flow forecasting using the direct and indirect methods to produce short-term and long-term forecasts, WACC calculations, and Invested Capital calculations
-Buyback structure analysis: assess various buyback related structures to determine if they are appropriate for NetApp. Work with accounting, legal, tax, and outside investment bankers to assess and implement.
-Analyze structures to optimize working capital positions
-Support and assist on capital market transactions
-Covenant calculations and interest expense forecasting
-Support month end close processes (reconciliations, variance analysis)
-Operational and reporting activities (stock repurchase operations, dividend payments, etc.)
-Ad hoc analysis as needed

Education and Experience
.- The successful candidate will have a strong ability to perform financial modeling and economic analysis, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated abilities to work across the company with different departments.
-Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
-6+ years of experience in finance
-Strong financial, analytical, quantitative, accounting, Excel modeling skills, and strong Powerpoint presentation experience
-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
-Bloomberg experience highly desirable
-Experience with Oracle Financials, Hyperion Reporting and Treasury-specific software highly desirable.
