JOB DESCRIPTION* Analyze balance sheets and general ledgers.
* Prepare corporate and individual tax returns
* Prepare payrolltax returns for clients
* Prepare monthly, quarterly or yearly write up for clients
* Reconcile bank accounts by gathering information
* Gather missing information from clients
* Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures complying with federal, state and local requirements
* Perform accounting and reconciliation for special projects such as cost segregation
* Gather information and prepare schedules for litigation cases
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
* Read professional publications
* Communicate well with clients, supervisor and other staff to get work done efficiently
