Staff Accountant Physician

The Staff Accountant will provide financial analysis and support to the Accounting Manager. Prepare detailed analysis of monthly financial information and all other general accounting functions as needed. Support physicians and other team members on financial projects. This position will analyze general ledger accounts; prepare and enter monthly journal entries; complete cost and revenue center analysis; assist with budget and year-end audit. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: CPA REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree Accounting or Finance REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Two Years Physician Practice REQUIRED SKILLS: Written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, ability to work with a team, critical thinking, organizational skills, computer skills appropriate to position, knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position.
