This candidate will work closely with the client’s internal accounting function, both on-site and remotely, to provide financial statement analysis (audits, reviews & compilations), tax return preparation and consulting, QuickBooks advisory services and client accounting services. li Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns, thereby enhancing long-term working relationships with clients. Develop and deliver timely and high-quality services and work products /li li Facilitate communications and provide ample assistance to team members by sharing knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery. Maintain a personal commitment to continuing education for professional development and growth /li li Research complex tax issues and develop quality, practical tax planning. Participate in client meetings and work within a team environment to deliver integrated advisory services to clients /li li Analyze data and prepare work papers based on professional standards. Process data and convert it to a client-ready product /li li Leverage technology to continually maximize productivity. Determine the accuracy and completeness of the product by performing quality assurance procedures /li li Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters development /li li Participate in recruiting efforts when necessary; Perform other related duties, as required /li /ul
  br B To qualify for the Staff Accountant/Tax Specialist Job, candidates must have: /B br B   /B br ul
li Bachelor's degree in a related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics) /li li At least 1+ years of tax and/or financial planning or relevant experience /li li Active progress towards the CPA certification, or membership in the Bar /li li Knowledge of current automated tax processing systems and tax laws within an area of technical specialization /li li Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability; Strong written and verbal communication skills /li li Commitment to learning in a tax technology environment /li li Proficient knowledge of automated tax processing systems and Microsoft Office tools /li /ul
