Staff Nurse - Med/Surg Resource Pool

JOB SUMMARY:
The Med/Surg Resource Pool Staff Nurse provides clinical care and coordination skills to every patient served in the unit using the Wishard model of care, Synergy. The Med/Surg Resource Pool Staff Nurse coordinates with the patient, family/loved ones and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care is appropriate to patient care needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Active Indiana RN license
-Minimum of two years recent clinical nursing experience as an RN in a similar setting (i.e., Med/Surg, Telemetry)
-Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Only night shift hours available currently!!
Tier II:
24-47 hours/pay period (Minimum one 12 hour shift per week)
50% of hours eve, noc and up to 1 weekend shift/schedule
1 major holiday/year (Thanksgiving/Christmas Rotation)
$35.00/hour

Tier III:
48-71 hours/pay period (Minimum two 12 hour shifts per week)
50% of hours worked will be eve, noc and up to 2 weekend shifts/schedule
1 major holiday/year (Thanksgiving/Christmas Rotation)
1 minor holiday/year
$40.00/hour

Tier IV:
72-80 hours/pay period (Minimum three 12 hour shifts per week)
50% eve, noc, and 3 weekend shifts/schedule
2 major holidays/year
2 minor holidays/year
FONT face=Ti PRN Nights ACLS certification Active Indiana RN license BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience as an RN Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience
