Staff RN per visit Facility: Saint Luke's Home Care and Hospice Department: HHC Hospice Anderson County Schedule: PRN Shift: Day Hours: 8 5 Job Details: * Registration/Licensure/Certification * RN Required * 1 year of experience required * Accountable for utilizing the nursing process in a home care setting. May be responsible for delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff, including LPNs, HHAs. Responsible for assisting in the coordination the care for a group of patients and consulting with doctors and other members of the multi discipline health care team when indicated. Provides nursing care in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act. This position will supoprt hospice patients in Anderson, Franklin and Miami counties.
