Job Description ENSCO, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Staff Technical Recruiter to support the National Security Solutions Division (NSS). The NSS division provides technologies and services that combine commercial off-the-shelf technologies with innovative enhancements that safeguard national-security missions and valuable assets at home and abroad. As the Staff Technical Recruiter this is an opportunity for to join a dedicated company that delivers results to both our commercial and government customers. We are looking for a Staff Technical Recruiter with experience with recruiting within multiple disciplines in Intelligence/Defense/Cybersecurity communities.

The successful candidate must have a proven record track of being results driven, ability to provide strategic solutions and work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing, networking, cold calling to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill current and future needs
Build a strong relationship with the VP to understand the focus/growth for the division and become a strategic partner in providing solutions that will help accomplish them
Build strong relationships with the Hiring Managers of the division to understand each of their business areas in order to support their needs and the growth within the division
Track and maintain all candidate and recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies
Leverage and build personal networks (through recruiter contacts, professional organizations, social networking, and other mechanisms) to support current and anticipated business area staffing needs.
Provide regular feedback to the Division management on status of recruiting activities, challenges being faced, and key trends within the candidate pool.
Develop sourcing strategies aligned with strategic Division needs and goals; and identify key potential candidates to Division management.
Maintain timely communications with candidates through the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience.
Actively lead staffing and recruiting activities in support of bid and proposal activities

Qualifications Required (Skills)
Bachelor s degree; or equivalent
7+ years experience full life cycle recruiting in the IC and DOD government communities
Understanding of recruiting in social network circles
Ability to create "out of the box" solutions to recruiting challenges
Working knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements
Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems: Kenexa preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle a high volume work load
Travel: 0-10%
US Citizenship required
Proven ability to attract candidates with high-level security clearances in both the defense and intelligence communities.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies for existing and proposed programs.
Demonstrated skills in supporting bid and proposal activities.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
