WellPoint is the nation's leading health benefits company serving the needs of approximately 28 million medical members nationwide. Responsible for leading a creative services group to deliver market-validated creative solutions that promote the company's products and services for multiple audiences. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: -Directs creative services group to support achievement of targeted market and/or enterprise strategic objectives. -Integrates multi-channel creative executions that include print and digital media. -Continue to expand internal multimedia capabilities?and help to drive those solutions within the organization. -Supports a culture of creativity, innovation and continuous learning. -Ensures collaborative output and cost-effective solutions. -Participates in the development and implementation of common systems and processes across the enterprise. -Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree; 8-10 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred.
