OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Supports team in all aspects of the sales and recruitment process and daily operations with the objective of being mentored for a Staffing Consultant position after three to six months. Assist in qualifying, acquiring, servicing, maintaining and expanding mentor?s client base; assist in obtaining job orders (temp, temp to full- time and full-time) solicited from the business community; assist in recruiting, screening, evaluating and matching qualified candidates to the clients? specific job order requirements to ensure client retention; contribute to the professional standing of AppleOne as a personnel staffing service by supplying clients and applicants with outstanding customer service and results; continually meet the needs of our clients and customers (applicants); assist in developing, coaching, counseling and recommending applicants as required.
? Provide support to application process.
? Import and manage r?sum?s through OA Docs
? Pre-screen applicants and schedule interviews
? Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position; provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
? Conduct reference checks to verify work history
? Schedule interviews with clients for qualified applicants.
? Identify viable leads for Account Executive
? Manage Job Caster ads
? Identify qualified companies to which to skill market candidates.
? Support special projects for Account Executive?s account base by placing candidates on open positions.
? Research clients/targets utilizing the Internet and support the information gathering process.
? Assist and support the Sales Process
? Accompany Account Executive on premise visits.
? Maintain monthly standards and manage the GM% for each client
? Provide management with any required reports/data.

? Proven ability to work with people at all levels.

? Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients via telephone or in person.
? Related sales/customer service experience.
? Ability to excel in a goal oriented sales environment.
