Staffing Associate Base + commission and bonuses

Objective of Position:
Qualify, acquire, service, maintain and expand client base; obtain job orders (temp, temp to full-time and full-time) solicited from the business community; recruit, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to the clients? specific job order requirements to ensure client retention; contribute to the professional standing of AppleOne as a personnel staffing service by supplying clients and applicants with outstanding customer service and results; continually meet the needs of our clients and customers (applicants); develop, coach, counsel and recommend applicants as required.
?Maintain performance standards and increase sales for temporary billing and full-time cash-in. Performance standards to be determined by Branch Manager.
?Interface with clients to identify needs, present AppleOne programs and to obtain job orders either through Reference to Sales calls, responses to requests or from referrals.
?Develop client leads and obtain premise visit appointments for branch?s selling associates.
?Coach, counsel and recommend applicants as required. Determine applicant?s qualification for placement and assignment removal.
?Maximize gross margin dollars by utilizing AppleOne?s business philosophy and sales techniques.
?Recruit, interview, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to the clients? specific job order requirements to ensure client retention.
?2 to 5 years of related B2B Sales experience
?Ability to excel in a goal oriented sales environment
?Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
