JOB DESCRIPTIONThis high growth corporation needs a HR professional who is passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition to build out processes and tools to become a best-in-class function.
You will lead a small team and be responsible for developing the recruitment system roadmap, systems governance with applicant tracking systems and create programs to enhance the candidate experience and onboarding processes. To be successful, you need to have a proven background in managing complex process improvement/technology projects, strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
NECESSARY YEARS EXPERIENCE: 6+ years exp; Fortune 1000 exp. required
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors, Masters preferred
