We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position at our ATI Robinson facility:

Standard Routing Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:


* High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with ERP systems a plus, Associates degree a plus.
* Math and analytical skills required.
* Strong computer literacy, must be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to interpret tables, charts and data to comply with prescribed formulas
* Above average attention to details.
* Ability to problem solve, ask questions and communicate urgency of information including follow through to ensure completion of tasks.
* Over 3 years of experience working with computer systems preferred.

Responsibilities


* Develop and maintain standard routings within our manufacturing systems.
* Perform a variety of posting, filing, and data accumulation functions towards the preparation and issuance of manufacturing order travelers for Powder Metals.
* Able to identify from product specifications and other information the difference between standard and non-routine Sales orders. Edit and check Sales orders for completeness and apparent validity. Audit, verify and release non-standard travelers as required.
* Initiate order travelers, indicating operational sequences, inspections, certifications and other pertinent data. Proofread travelers to insure conformance to customer specifications and internal requirements.
* Coordinate with Product Engineering, Quality Control, Sales, and Compliance to obtain clarification or special instructions pertaining to non-standard or non-routine orders.
* Follow other projects and studies as requested. Work with sales, production, product engineering and quality to help make recommendations for improvement to the process to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
* Detect and report unusual conditions, improper operations, and personal mistakes for the purpose of rectifying these deviant situations.
* Must maintain high level of attention to detail. Ability to problem solve and follow system and quality standards to ensure we are meeting customer demands/requirements.
* Follow prescribed safety regulations. Perform these and other duties as assigned or as indicated by responsibilities.
