JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Our very busy office and expanding and we are in need of a Stella Office Coordinator to join our team!
We are looking for an ambitious, proactive and responsible individual to coordinate business activities in a fast paced, advanced technology environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years? experience in a professional business setting.
?Greet and direct visitors; coordinate client?le activity
?Answer multi-line phone system and document messages electronically
?Maintain overall appearance of office
?Arrange travel plans and hotel accommodations
?Arrange food for luncheon business meetings
?Order supplies and materials for the office
?Coordinate maintenance services
?Entry level marketing; assist with writing press releases and blogging
?Assist with business development projects
?General administrative and clerical duties as needed
?A hands-on, 'get it done' attitude
?Technically savvy; experience in MS Suite 10, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point
?Excellent oral and written communication skills
?Experience with Quick books is a plus
