JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Store Operators will be on the front-lines of a startup division of one of the largest companies in the world. This is a full-time opportunity paying $15-$17/hour, depending on experience.
Store Operators will be on the front lines of operations within designated store locations. Individuals in the role will be expected to achieve strong performance metrics of accuracy and efficiency in their work while also identifying ways to improve daily. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in retail operations, shipping & receiving, warehouse, logistics, or food/beverage/hospitality and must possess a passion strong performance metrics and the ability to think quickly on his/her feet.
-Fulfill customer orders and inventory validation checks, using a range of mobile devices.
-Works closely with Store Managers/Employees & Store Leads for ongoing product/process feedback.
-Works directly with managers to integrate operations processes, troubleshoot issues, report feedback.
-Work with the Field Operations Lead to manage hardware assets used for in-store processes.
-Other duties as assigns
-Previous Experience: retail operations, shipping & receiving, warehouse, logistics, or food/beverage/hospitality
-Excellent attitude and work ethic
-Schedule: flexibility required
-Motivated critical thinker and problem solver
-Capable of working independently for extended periods
Work locations: Work locations may vary from the following cities: Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, & Everett. As the project expands, working locations will expand.
