Schedule and manage sales floor to ensure an exceptional customer experience, holding team accountable to achieving sales goals and performance metrics
Exhibit a passion and enthusiasm for the brand, ensuring timely execution of in-store promotions consistent with company brand standards
Recruit, interview and hire a top-performing team, building a talent pipeline for succession in key roles
Provide coaching and performance feedback to encourage growth and development, actively identifying opportunities to promote from within
