Job Description
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to support the Northeast Territory.
Duties and Responsibities:
-Sell Cnical Trials services and products to assigned customers
-Develop relationships with customer staff at various levels and with multiple functions, i.e. Cnical, Purchasing, etc.
-Achieve revenue, bookings, and profitabity targets for assigned customers
-Ensure contract compance, including payment for services rendered
-Review study protocols and respond to bids in a timely manner
-Respond to requests for service improvementsnew products, i.e. Genomics.
-Ensure that the customer satisfaction survey is completed at the end of each study; maintain a minimum satisfaction rating of 'satisfied.'
-Work collaboratively with OperationsCnical Studies to address concerns and problems; provide solutions in addition to identifying issues.
-Provide a monthly report on financial and customer service results for assigned customers
-Work collaboratively with global counterparts on global studies
-Travel to customer locationssites as required
-Participate in all required training, including training on new productsservices
-Roll out Marketing plans for new or enhanced products and services to all assigned customers
-Meet MBO requirements in addition to Sales and Bookings targets
Quafications:
Education Preferred:
BSBAin business, science, or healthcare.
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales success in healthcare related field
Minimum overall performance rating of 'Achieves Expectations' for past 3 years (if not a current Quest employee, comparable rating from previous employers).
Other:
Demonstrated abity to work collaboratively with internal support teams at all levels
Demonstrated abity to negotiate, influence and close business
Understanding of Cnical RandD process
communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
