JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER - CAPITAL SALES - (HISTOLOGY & ANATOMIC PATHOLOGY)
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives (capital instruments & reagents) in targeted Anatomic Pathology, Histology, Dermatology & GI labs in Little Rock, AR, Kansas City, MO & surrounding areas.
Must maintain & grow existing accounts to drive the customer focused sales process.
Must work independently & collaborate with a team of Specialists to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Customer focused selling skills is a must to drive consistent results & partnerships.
Overnight travel is required.
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of relevant & proven complex sales experience (capital sales experience is a plus)
* Good oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations.
*Proven leadership abilities
* Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills
*Ability to work in a regulated environment
