When we deliver a life-changing medicine, that success comes from the combined efforts of all of our people. br br The Strategy Director, Women's Cancer Franchise will: br br * Be accountable for leading the development of a robust strategy to maximize our Women's Cancer Franchise, comprising Lynparza and Faslodex br * Manage a team of Brand Leads to define, design, execute and measure brand strategy across both HCP & Consumer segments for the Women's Cancer Franchise br * Shape and communicate strategic priorities and performance updates to senior leadership within AstraZeneca br * Collaborate effectively across Brand, Customer, and Portfolio peers, Commercial Operations, Managed Markets and Alliance and Advocacy teams br * Partner with the Brand Insight Sr. Director on the planning of all insight work (primary and secondary research, forecasting, database management, ROI measurements, etc.) br * Be accountable for leading the US input into Life Cycle Management (LCM) design and execution of the US LCM delivery across the Women's Cancer current and future portfolio br br Major Responsibilities: br br * Through strong leadership of dedicated Brand leads, be accountable for: br br * leading the development of overarching HCP and consumer marketing strategies, including creation of brand strategy plan, launch plans, and competitive readiness plans br * monitoring and diagnosing performance; partnering with Insights to define key metrics br * Partner with Managed Markets to evolve value story, pricing and distribution models across the Women's Cancer franchise br * Effectively manage relationships with Diagnostic partners, advertising agencies and other vendors br * Lead partnership efforts with Sr. GPPS leaders to define lifecycle priorities, inform labeling changes, and share learnings across markets br * Lead quarterly and annual forecasting work for the Women's Cancer franchise, in partnership with Insights and Finance
