Wright Contracting, LLC is seeking a stream restoration equipment operator and training specialist. The applicant must be willing and able to travel throughout the United States for short and extended periods of time. The applicant must have 10 or more years of stream restoration experience with the ability to construct 300LF or more of channel per 10hr day. Experience utilizing GPS and conventional staking and grading methods to obtain grades with in +/- one tenth of a foot. Applicant must be able to read, interpret and/or train members of a crew in both English and Spanish. The applicant must provide experience in installing various in stream structures, utilizing both GPS and conventional methods, such a Jhooks, vanes, wood toe, rootwads, Warren Riffle or demonstrate experience in equivalent structures as well as typically accepted stream restoration stabilization practices. Additionally the applicant must have installed various environmental BMPs. Equipment experience should include scrapers, motorgraders, dozers, tractors and compaction equipment. Sediment and erosion control experience is preferred as well as applicants who have installed miscellaneous stone, such as but not limited to, granite, limestone, crushed concrete and boulders.
