Student Intern CTA Job Type: Temporary Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Description: STUDENT INTERN The American College of Radiology (w.ACR.org), a professional association for radiologists and radiation oncologists, is a world leader in radiology clinical research. The clinical research office located in Philadelphia serves as headquarters for the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (w.RTOG.org). The RTOG is a National Cancer Institute sponsored cooperative group that has conducted clinical trials for more than 40 years, enrolling and treating over 75,0 patients and publishing over 700 clinical reports and related scientific articles. The RTOG is seeking a Student Intern to support the public relations and communications activities for the Department. Principal duties include: . Participates in the creation of organizational press releases for clinical research: activations, results, publications, and RTOG group developments . Assists with the development of content for quarterly RTOG newsletter . Assists with the development of content for RTOG broadcast messages . Provides administrative and marketing support to the Clinical Trials Administration department, as needed Qualified candidates will possess the following: . This position requires PC/MS Office related skills . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . This position typically requires enrollment in a COE Program at a local high school/college .
