* The Subcontracts Administrator / Consultant Administrator is responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic and international consulting agreements, acting as a focal point for assigned consulting activities starting with the initial identification of consulting requirements, developing compliant solicitations, evaluating basis of estimates to identify areas whereestimates or prices may not be reasonable, negotiating with consultants as required, awarding of agreements and post award management of contractual relationships through completion\. In addition, theConsultant Administratorshallcoordinate closely with stakeholders to perform and review all supplier and third party due diligence/research as necessary to mitigate risks faced through the procurement of all international goods and servicesSpecific Duties include:
+ Reviewing requirements to ensure procurement actions are properly classified+ Working within and across functions to ensure appropriate supplier Due Diligence is conducted+ Communicating identified risks and concerns to stakeholders and assisting in the development of sound mitigation strategies\.+ Negotiating, establishing and managing consultant engagements and contractual relationships\.+ Prioritizing the work and ensuring all required internal approvals are obtained in a timely manner

* Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with 10 years relevant experience or 8 years with aMasters
- 10 years hands\-on Sub Contract Administrator experience within theDefense Government Contract arena\.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with themanagement of other organizations \(program management, contracts,business management, etc\.\)\.
- Must have working knowledge of FAR/DFARS\.
- Must be motivated, organized and have effective time management skills\.
- Ability to brief internal customers\.
- Must be able to effectively work under very general supervision\.

- This position requires knowledge of Government and industry standards and practices including, laws such as the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act \(FCPA\) and regulations such as ITAR and EAR, which are applicable when engaging in international contracting\.
- The successful candidate shall be able to apply sound reason and judgment to solve problems and develop recommendations to address a variety of issues and situations with minimal supervision\.
- The position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain relationships with senior consultants and the confidence to guide internal customers through established policies and procedures as well as to work cooperatively with senior leaders and executives as necessary to assist them in them establishing these relationships\.
