Our summer internship program provides students a chance to gain real world experience in a dynamic, supportive environment. Internships are offered in a wide range of functional business areas and are designed to provide the intern with meaningful and relevant work, where they can apply their talents to actual business projects and work with a team of dedicated professionals. In addition to work experiences, interns will get to hear from key leaders and learn about the many facets of banking at weekly lunch and learns, and participate with other interns in a community service project of their choice. This is a fun and rewarding program!



As an IT Development Intern you could work with one of over 20 application teams that support the bank. Interns could be tasked with providing technical direction, development, maintenance and support. Responsibilities could include analysis, design, programming and implementing code, integrating software packages with other banking applications or installing, upgrading and supporting puchased software packages. For each internship, relevant business training and mentors will be available.



Each development internship is different and is tailored to the experiences you are looking for. As an Enterprise IT shop we have a variety of technologies and tools to work with and learn from.



Qualifications:



*\tPursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

*\tUnder supervision, has the ability to analyze, design, create or maintain an application

*\tDemonstrates a general understanding of principles in one or more programming languages such as Java or C#

*\tTheoretical understanding of object-oriented analysis and design

*\tEffective communication both verbal and written

*\tDemonstrates self-motivation and strong work ethic

*\tInterns must be eligible to work in the United States
