Collaborates with Program Manager in providing operational management of the assigned treatment program. Evening responsibility for providing direction and leadership to staff. Works with Program Manager to develop goals, evaluate staff and maintain regulatory compliance. Serves as a role model, as well as a resource to staff, patients, families and the interdisciplinary team. Maintains the clinical integrity of the program, works with staff to develop their skills, and coordinates with internal services to ensure proper upkeep of the physical plant. Active Full Time 2 Second Shift Evenings
