This may include one or all of the following: cargo booking, tariff publishing and/or preparation, processing and distribution of related paperwork in conformity with Customs and Census regulations and in conjunction with vessel and operation schedules and deadlines. Coordinates the processes between Freight Services and traffic, equipment control, intermodal and terminal operations. Employees are accountable to management and each other to ensure every task is done safely in accordance with Management Systems or business unit procedures with the objective of continuously improving our processes. Job Requirements: Required Experience A fully functional position would require 2 years supervisory experience in any of the following areas: Booking, Customer Service, Traffic or Import/Export Documentation. Minimum 4 years transportation experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to train and direct the activities of others. Data entry skills (8,640 kph with 95% accuracy rate).
