JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Opportunity:
Responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of all marketing messaging programs promoting business plans, management communications, and Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine products aligning with sales and business objectives. Directs partnerships with management, marketing, sales, outside agencies and other stakeholders to ensure a unified messaging strategy. Manages media placement decisions. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operations of the function.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Description of major duties and responsibilities of the role.
Develops communication strategies that align to the strategic goals of the business.
Manages outside agencies to ensure alignment to brand standards, strategic objectives and budget.
Directs activity related to marketing communications processes.
Monitors the success rate and performance of promotional campaigns.
Responsible for the web content strategy and the management of digital assets.
Develops business unit presentations and produces the a quarterly newsletter.
Monitors industry blogs and implements actions to effectively protect company brands online.
Assist marketing staff in in the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Assists marketing management with the implementation of various projects and daily activities.
Maintain the web platform to improve our web presence and online image, strengthen our branding, and provide a greater resource to our internal and external customers, boosting site traffic
Support pipeline growth of regional events (workshops and trade shows) to generate sales leads, while maintaining high sales rep satisfaction level.
Directs the marketing communication specialist to deliver projects on time and on budget.
In collaboration with manager, maintain operating plan and budget.
Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager.
Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum level of education/experience required.
Bachelors in Marketing preferred. Minimum Bachelors degree.
Prior experience in medical device marketing, including agency experience, preferred.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Additional preferred or required qualifications.
Computer proficient with high technical competency in web development and digital marketing.
Good understanding of marketing concepts
Good content writing skills and ability
Ability to work in a team
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with colleagues to drive consensus.
Ability to present his/her case in both formal presentations and in one-on-one interactions. Strong formal and informal communication skills.
Project management competencies (ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines).
Self-starter, know-how to approach the job, passionate about the industry.
Able to work in a lean environment without a large infrastructure behind him/her.
