Supervisor Operations - Corporate Travel - ReqCode 4151

BCD Travel is looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Operations Supervisor in Woburn, MA. We are the world's third largest corporate travel management company. This position is responsible for supervising a team of employees in a corporate travel office by providing excellent client and employee support and exhibiting leadership in the areas of problem resolution, customer service, technology knowledge, and process / policy adherence. This candidate will maintain client / vendor contractual information up to date, work with BCD Travel technology systems to maintain current; Work closely with the office Workforce Specialist to ensure proper staffing and service levels; Maintain travel data bases as required by client base; Monitor team's preferred vendor agreements for air, car, and hotel, provide coaching and training as necessary to reach targets. Qualifications:
* Minimum of four (4) years of corporate travel agency experience in the past 6 years
* Prior managerial experience of 1-2 years preferred
* Strong customer service and problem solving skills
* Proficiency in SABRE or TURBO SABRE global distribution system
* Proficiency with Microsoft office
