Job Description
Will work on support for development and validation of a micro-molded component at an external vendor. Will require knowledge of/experience with Injection molding (preferably micromolding) Mold design, Polymer knowledge,Validation, Statistics (sampling plans, Ppk). Process FMEA, First Article/Component Qualification activities. Test method validation.(Keys) Eng Mech Eng, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering5+ Years med device is needed. Supply chain experience preferred- Supplier Quality Engineering, Supplier Engineering, possibly Manufacturing Engineering. Good oral and written communications skills will be essential- this position will require interaction with internal project leadership and suppliers.Specific experience in micro-molding highly desirable
