PACCAR s Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA provides systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation.

This position provides first-level support to our supplier community and business partners for questions and issues relating to EDI or the supplier portal. Responsibilities are split between supporting our supplier community on the PACCAR extranet portal, SupplierNet, and responding to inquiries regarding Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processing. SupplierNet support includes processing access requests for supplier users and internal employees as well as providing basic troubleshooting with the environment and hosted applications. EDI support includes technical end-user support for PACCAR s Trading Partners and Suppliers. The position serves as the interdivisional EDI liaison for Accounting, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and Shipping/Receiving transactions. Successful candidates for this position will have a strong desire to gain technical skills and advance their careers.

Administration of Supplier Access Accounts in Multiple Systems and Applications
Work with PACCAR Business Partners for Approvals and Clarification of Requests
Troubleshoot SupplierNet-Related Errors from Our Supplier Community
Keep Accurate Records of Account Administration and Troubleshooting Activities in IT Tracker
First Call Resolution of Supplier Issues or Escalation to Appropriate Application Team
Author and Publish Limited Content to SupplierNet\
Develop, Coordinate and Publish User-Facing and Internal Documentation
Onboard, Implement and Test New Suppliers On The EDI Systems
Provide Document Tracking, EDI Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Assist with Resolution of Issues
Manage Incoming Support Calls from Suppliers, Planners, And Division EDI Analysts

Experience with X12 EDI Standards
Familiarity with EDIFACT EDI Standards a Plus
Experience with EDI Software, Such as Sterling Integrator and Gentran
Familiarity with Mainframe, AS400 or SAP Platforms a Plus
Experience with Security Administration a Plus

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Preferred
