As a result, our business has seen consistent growth and, best of all, our team members share in Parkers success.ENGINEER IISUMMARYThe Supply Chain Inventory/ Business Analyst is responsible for the overall integrity and effectiveness, of the divisions supply chain processes across all sites. Develops, trains, and deploys tools, standard work, and functional direction to various activities related to planning and execution such as; Master Scheduling, S&OP, Material Planning, PFEP, Finished Goods Supermarkets, Internal and External Kanban, and Aftermarket Provisioning. This position also coordinates the creation of value stream inventory plans, projections, site consolidation, and reporting on the divisions Inventory / DSI status and performance to plan. RESPONSIBILITIES -Coordinates the development and maintenance of the standard work supporting various phases of planning which include Master Scheduling, Material Planning, and PFEP which encompasses Kanban, Lot Sizing, & Order Policies -Established processes used to ensure orders are launched and executed in accordance with recognized order policies and exceptions are managed -In a process assurance role periodically monitors execution activities aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of the standard work, compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve the maturity and performance of process -Coordinates the development and monitors the execution of the divisions DSI reduction goals -Defines and leads inventory analysis activities and drives divisional projects related to inventory reduction -Drives division wide projects aimed at improving KPIs related to Sales, LISC, TAT, and DSI -Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and coordinates project activities in support supply chain requirements and other divisional objectives QUALIFICATIONS-Bachelors degree (BA) in Business Administration or related field, and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. -Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through ten (10) or more years of increasingly responsible related experience including 3+ years supply chain experience, preferably in supply chain analytics or planning. -Advanced computer skills with emphasis in Microsoft Excel (Macros. Pivot Tables, VB, etc) -Thorough understanding of LEAN (Value Stream Mapping, 8 Point Criteria, etc) -Working knowledge of an MRP System ( Item Master, Product Structure, Planning, Procurement Shop Floor Control, etc) -Strong analytical background -Able to manipulate and summarize data for consumption at various levels of the organization -Able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities -APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred -Advanced degree in supply chain or related specialty certifications a plus HOW TO APPLYPlease upload resume in Word or PDF format with your online application at referencing Job ID # 4268.
