* - Plan, coordinate, and facilitate the continuous replenishment of Diageo product from production and warehouse facilities to the control state bailment warehouses- Manage bailment inventory levels to meet service targets and minimize cash flow impacts, including appropriate management of high stocks, slow moving product, obsolete product, etc.- Actively manage orders and order exceptions, including order blocks, stock shortages, etc.- Coordinate with internal functional teams and stakeholders to make appropriate business trade-off decisions in support of control state business goals; Carefully manage logistics costs against service trade-offs- Serve as the single point of contact for the commercial team and state contacts to address questions, issues, and opportunities- Support the continued development and refinement of Bailment replenishment processes and metrics to drive continuous improvements in service, cost, and quality

* - This role will be responsible for the planning and management of $15M - $30M in inventory, as well as have involvement over significant Net Sales Value and logistical costs.- Must be able to make sound business trade-off recommendations across cost, service, and quality to arrive at the most appropriate solutions for the business.

* - Must provide critical thinking, sound analysis, and appropriate decision making in support of both the supply planning and order management activities. Apply sound root-cause problem solving skills in the pursuit of solutions that address the core drivers of issues. Ability to clearly summarize recommendations for management and present recommendations in a clear and concise manner.- No direct management responsibilities. Must possess the ability to influence key stakeholders both within and outside current department, across various organizational levels, and outside Diageo. This role will maintain the primary relationships with key commercial and state contacts.- Must possess strong desire and ability to learn and develop key skillsets to advance this position's capabilities, to provide personal growth and development, and to position for future growth within the organization.

* - Develop/Maintain rolling 12 month supply plan and near term replenishment plan to drive inventory availability and service to targeted levels within the bailment warehouses- Ensure consistent delivery of product from the Diageo warehouses to the bailment warehouses; Proactively address and communicate issues that might impact delivery- Establish and maintain appropriate business relationships with key state and commercial team contacts; Manage appropriate communications and expectations- Actively manage bailment inventories to optimize cash flow while meeting service targets- Maintain, monitor, and influence the results of relevant Key Performance Indicators across service, cost, and quality- Responsible for maintaining department related data within Diageo data bases accurately and timely.

* Qualifications and Experience Required:

* - 2+ years of experience in supply planning and/or customer operation roles within a fast-paced CPG company.- Degree or equivalent in supply chain, business management, or related fields- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations- Demonstrate strong analytic and problem solving skills- Continuous improvement- Leadership
