span Modis is currently hiring Support Services Representatives for new contract to hire job opportunities in the Richmond, VA area.  If you have a passion for client engagement, communication and an interest in joining a growing technology firm then this would be a great opportunity for you. br   br We are looking for career minded individuals to join a dedicated Support Services team in assisting customers with learning new software, trouble shooting and creating training materials.  If you thrive in problem solving, communicating and are tech savvy this could be a great career path for you.  Ideal candidates will have related work experience in customer service and a Bachelors in either Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or in IT and/or Computer Science.   br   br   br B Responsibilities /B br • Support services for customers including application services, implementation, training, usage monitoring, handling support queries and documenting all support services and customer interactions br • Includes on-site and remote activities as necessary br • Planning, tracking and reporting on progress towards specific Company objectives br • Timely response to customer calls, emails and other support requests assigned through internal ticketing system br • Scheduling online training sessions via WebEx for service provider and fleet customers br • Driving adoption, usage and acceptance of the software application platform with customers, including customer calls, on-site meetings and application platform demonstrations as appropriate br • Meet all company and agreed customer Service Level Agreements and performance parameters br • Partners with all other support departments to meet contractual and internal requirements br   br B Skills Required /B br • Experienced in customer support br • Process oriented br • Experience working with computers/technology and Microsoft Office products br • Strong MS Excel skills are a plus but not required   br   br B Attributes /B br • Ability to work through issues and bring them to a logical conclusion br • Customer-oriented, provide outstanding quality customer support br • Ability to prioritize projects and work in an autonomous environment br • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stake holders br • Strong verbal and written communications skills br   br B Preferred Work Experience /B br • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field br • 2 years of experience in Customer Service operations br • Video formating experience with the Adobe Suite is preferred but not required     br   br   br If you have the skills and motivation to take on the Support Services Representative job opportunity then please forward your resume for consideration.   br   br /span
