SmartSource, Inc is seeking a Support Technician in Wichita Falls, TX.

Compensation: $40k-$65k+ w/bonuses DOE and Certs
Employment Type: full-time
Start: ASAP

Requirements Include:
Ability to demonstrate experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting desktop and/or server hardware and software.
Experience with remote tools to perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of systems
Knowledge and some experience with routers, switches, firewall technologies
Knowledge and experience with installation and configuration of DSL, cable, T1 circuits
Knowledge and experience with IP addressing, subnet masks, and routing.
Knowledge and experience with Windows Server technologies and concepts
Knowledge and experience with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 technologies and concepts
Knowledge and experience with MS Active Directory and concepts.
Ability to communicate well with non-technical clients and high level executives and managers.
80% of your time will be spent working with our clients, so professional verbal and visual presentation is required.
Ability to document work performed and resolutions in ticketing system.
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Certifications: A+ required, Network+/server+/security+/MCITP/MCSE desired
