We are in search of a Systems Administrator. This is a full-time position located in Redwood City and reports to the IT Manager. This position provides infrastructure support, performs primary server/network/phone system administration and assists with helpdesk/facility technological support. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Perform Systems and Network administration
Assist IT Manager with company-wide infrastructure projects
Troubleshoot and resolve employee helpdesk requests
Provide onsite support for our Redwood City office as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a System Administration managing exchange server.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
Experience providing desktop support and engineering (OS X and Windows) in an Active Directory environment, preferably a mid to large-sized managed environment using SCCM or alternative solution
Experience with Cisco switch configurations and solid networking fundamentals
Experience maintaining a Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system (Asterisk preferred)
Experience with cloud identity and messaging/collaboration services including migrations (Okta and Office365 preferred)
Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems (specifically Active Directory, DNS, DCHP, Windows Server 2008/2012)
Proficiency with VMWare ESXi and Dell server hardware
Proficiency with Mac OS X and Dell client hardware
Proficiency with Cisco switching (IOS)
Knowledge of at least one Linux distribution (Ubuntu preferred)
Knowledge of wireless LANs (Meraki preferred)
Knowledge of Office 365 email services
Knowledge of cloud identity services (Okta preferred)
Knowledge of Confluence or Sharepoint collaboration services
Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, Zendesk or other ticketing systems
Knowledge of file servers in a Windows and Mac environments (NetApp preferred)
