We currently have an opening for a Hyperion Software Administrator to join our Information Technology organization, the Business Service Center (BSC), located at our company headquarters in Pittsburgh.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the Hyperion software suite of tools along with support of other software under the ERP Integrated Software Administration responsibility. This candidate will work as part of a team responsible for the 24x7 support of software products installed on Windows and Linux platforms. This may include installing, troubleshooting, upgrading and patching software products as necessary, and creating required documentation. Because of the nature of the support required, some off-hours work is required.

The ability to form working relationships with customers, as well as to work across functional areas to identify and resolve issues.
Highly self-motivated and flexible, with a desire to learn different technologies
The ability to understand and support complex server software systems
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
The ability to prioritize and handle competing work requests
Bachelor's degree in related field
3 years relevant experience
Technical Skills Required:
Some experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with basic PC utilities Microsoft Office, etc.
Additional Skills/Qualities not required but would be a plus:
Experience with Oracle Databases
Experience with OBIEE, Hyperion, Essbase or Oracle Web Logic Server.
Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite
Experience with Active Directory
Software Administration experience
