JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description
The Systems Administrator Collaboration Services is responsible for supporting the development, architecture and administration of a multi-domain Active Directory forest, with a focus on Certificate Services, including Public Key Infrastructure and Directory Integration infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading and assisting in projects related to security posture improvements, directory remediation and federation services, management of certificate services, group policy administration and application integration and authentication infrastructure.
Extensive experience managing multi-domain Active Directory infrastructure services
Experience in architecting and managing Active Directory Certificate Services, including certificate authorities, enrollment, validation and revocation interfaces
Proficient with Group Policy administration, development and implementation of security standards
Working knowledge of Active Directory application integration for authorization and authentication services
Ability to manage server infrastructure upgrades, virtualization and refreshes in an enterprise computing environment
Exposure to monitoring performance and changes to Active Directory
Experience managing DNS, WINS and DHCP services
Proficiency in scripting with VBscript and PowerShell
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activities
Ability to prepare project plans to communicate and track execution of technical and security driven initiatives
General understanding of communication technologies such as e-mail, networking, TCP/IP, voice and video telephony and conferencing
Exposure to IT customer service, strong interpersonal skills demonstrating excellence in approach with customers
Highly self-motivated, flexible, and have a strong desire to learn new concepts
Extensive experience supporting directory integration and federation services, including ADFS and directory synchronization
Experience developing and implementing cyber security standards in the area of Active Directory, Group Policy and Certificate Services
Proficiency with administering backups and disaster recovery of Active Directory infrastructure and objects
Exposure to administration of Two-factor authentication process and infrastructure management
Working knowledge of implementing and supporting privileged account security solutions, including CyberArk
Experience integrating differing computer systems in an enterprise environment
Experience maintaining computing infrastructure in an industrial environment
Bachelor s Degree required. Prefer B.S. in Computer Science, IT or Computer Engineering
