IT Department Summary:
Forever 21 is seeking innovative, energetic, and passionate Information Technology team members to develop and implement
technological solutions for our dynamic retail environment that includes, but is not limited to, point-of-sale and back office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all aspects of systems administration for, including networks, applications, databases, and telecommunications, including, but not limited to, implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring and the development of specialized system procedures. -Work with remote technicians to facilitate required responsibilities -Troubleshoot network and server issues to resolution -Install, upgrade and patch: applications, operating systems, server firmware/drivers, appliance firmware and operating systems as needed to close security vulnerabilities, improve performance, or add desired feature sets -Implement new products or services -Act and serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Company?s operational systems, how data interacts with other systems and other vendor supported applications -Perform basic systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts. -Monitor and manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, tape backup systems, and response times to maintain operating efficiency. -Perform systems backups and recovery procedures. -Maintain system documentation and logs. -Perform or assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing production problems; correct identified problems. -Administer corporate IT systems, including, but not limited to, mail servers, intranet/extranet, wire system, Human Resource, and Finance systems -Design, implement, and manage complex local and wide-area network of servers. -Develop and execute a backup / disaster recovery plan
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications
-Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree ? preferred -3 + years? experience in Microsoft Windows 2003-2007 Server and Exchange Systems Administration -Demonstrated knowledge/familiarity with server-side components of standard infrastructure client applications -Demonstrated experience with large Exchange 2003-2007 deployments - Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 2003-2007 domain structure, Windows 2003-2008 Active Directory -Experience working in a MS Windows operating system environment -MCP/MCSE - preferred -Flexible work schedule for 24/7 availability to handle emergencies and on call duties in case of business need -Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals. -Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, team-oriented environment. -Lead by example in the areas of work ethic, personal and professional development that leads to maximum satisfaction, and performance of all assigned tasks. -Ability to work collaboratively with all level of employees, in small and large group settings. -Demonstrated ability to develop r
