Job Summary The Systems Analyst, Development position will be responsible for development, maintenance, and support of all development applications. This individual must maintain effective customer (Internal) relationships; as well as effective communication and coordination with various other technology groups (at both Divisional and Corporate levels). The Systems Analyst is expected to be able to analyze, design, code, test, and implement large projects and trouble shoot any Client/Server based production system. Qualifications 4+ years complete SDLC experience 3+ years browser-based (intra/internet) development Required Skills: C# or Java | ASP or JSP/Servlets | HTML | JavaScript or RPG, DB400 Enterprise Level RDBMS to include modeling, normalization, and design. Other Considerations: SharePoint, PeopleSoft, ACD/ACD for Apps., Visual Basic, C/C++, AS/400 RPG, T-SQL, PL/SQL, ErWin , OOA/D, J2EE, .NET, MS VSS, Web Security Models, ACSA, Agile, MS Project, MS Office, Visio Duties and Responsibilities May Include: 0% Management, 5% Project Management, 25% Requirements, 70% Analysis & Code Meeting w/ internal customers to document business and process requirements. Design, Code, Test, Implement, and Support production systems. Responsible for identifying the most effective application of current Client/Server technologies to projects. Responsible for adherence to standards, policies, and development guidelines. Responsible to run small to medium projects. Includes defining scope, business requirements, technical design, development, implementation, and support. May include development of project plans and resource scheduling. Off-hours availability for support, problem determination, and problem resolution of production systems is required. Transferable Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), organization and planning skills, conflict management & resolution skills, multi-tasking capable (individual will be assigned multiple projects simultaneously), and highly flexible. ***Travel Industry Experience a large plus.*** Physical Requirements No Specific physical requirements exist for this position.
