Primary Duties & Responsibilities Are:

Assists in performing routine analysis, system design and upgrades of Tactical USMC SIGINT systems.

Gathers information from users and requirements documents for analysis of problem areas and prepares elementary
feasibility studies.

Assists in preparation of systems and subsystems specifications.

Prepares basic functional process charts describing existing and proposed operational and routine logic flow of basic systems.

May conduct elementary form design and layout activities.

Assist in suitability studies, Analysis of Alternatives, and Business Case Analysis evalautions of equipement selected to meet USMC SIGINT technology insertion requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM SKILLS:

Completion of a USMC SIGINT operator or analyst related technical school and/or working knowledge of USMC SIGINT equipment.

Experience providing training and support to USMC Battalion SIGINT equipment.

Experience with Assured Pursuit Certified equipment.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with USMC Tactical Intelligenc systems such as CESAS, MESS, RREP, and TPCS-MPC.

Knowledge of the following equipment such as Kingfish, ICS, Maximus, Blinddate, Stiletto, Waterwitch, Gjaller, Artemis/Nemisis, and any other relavent SIGINT tools, as well as relevant operational deployment in a Special Signals Team and experience training USMC personnel.

Experience with RadBn communications equipment to include Harris tactical radios and/or Wideband communications systems.
