Job Description

Responsible for development of test plan and identification of possible test venues. Works with test team to complete required Joint Feasibility documents including program management plan. Assists in the for development of test measures and identification of test methodology to support the Civil Intelligence Fusion CONOP (CIFC) Quick Reaction Test. Program looks at development of TTP to provide for distribution and assessment of civil affairs information and integration of information into usable format to assist military teams and commanders in their day-to-day interaction with foreign citizens, programs and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements

Small unit infantry combat experience within last three years.

5 years experience working with in operational intelligence or civil affairs career fields.

5 years experience working with intelligence sharing community with strong understanding of intelligence policy and guidance.

Experience working with intelligence assessment programs and strong understanding of SOCOM and Army civil affairs roles and responsibilities.

Background and understanding of TTP development and testing process within DoD.

Understanding of T&E procedures including conduct of DOT&E test operations.

Strong graphic and microsoft office experience.

Desired Skills

Experience working with AFRICOM.

Understanding of joint irregular warfare operations and campaign planning.

Experience working with former JCIM joint test.
